Hi,
There are (and will be) a lot of disclaimers in the process of buying or selling your house. It seemed worthwhile to have a place to sort out all my disclaimers.
First of all, I am a Realtor in Spokane, WA. As such, if you are in Glendale, AZ or Glendale, CA, some of the things discussed here may not apply to you. Or they might! The information provided here should be used with the understanding that you need to seek the advice of a professional in your area for your specific situation. Even if you are in Spokane, something that applies to one buyer or seller may not apply to your specific case.
I would be more than happy to sit down with you (if you are in Spokane or the surrounding areas) and discuss your individual situation and needs - or if you are out of the area, or just don't trust guys with beards - I can refer you to someone who is in your area or shaves every day or is a woman!
One disclaimer that we all use all the time, is;
